Casting Call to All Moms!

I am pleased to announce that we will be having a Women in History day on March 25, 2011! Please read the following letter (copied below) regarding this awesome day, and let me know if you have any questions at all.


If you are interested in being a "Woman in History" please let me know as soon as possible, as we can only have one mom per classroom. If we have more than one volunteer, I will have a drawing to fairly choose.

Join us on the red carpet as we celebrate women in history. Is there an actress hiding within? If so, have we got the job for you!


We are seeking volunteers to portray women who have made or are making a significant contribution to history (Ex. Betsy Ross, Laura Bush, Pocohontas, Eleanor Roosevelt, Susan B. Anthony, Rosa Parks, Lady Bird Johnson, and Mother Teresa just to name a few.


If this fits “The Bill,” please contact your child’s teacher by January 28th.
